Description
Rigid dummy bar and storage system locate behind the straightening machine, on the conveying roller table. When it ready to teem, dummy bar sent into the sprayer cooling room by storage system and straightening machine, then through the arc guiding section the dummy head comes to the down mouth of mould. When teeming the dummy bar guides the blank out of mould. When going through the straightening machine, the exit rollers separate the blank with the dummy head, the dummy bar come into storage system.
The dummy bar is made up of dummy head and bar.
Storage system make up of seat, driving system and guiding wheel and so on.
