2) Function and structure
The tundish is the middle container between ladle and mould, it is used to contain molten steel and distribute molten steel when teeming, and maintain teeming when replacing ladle and make the steel strand stable when going into mould. It is convenient for the mix materials to float up when teeming.
The tundish uses steel plate weld joint structure, refractory material lined, and with overflowing launder, support axis etc.
